Our Tours are guided outdoor walking tours which share the History, Legends & Lore of Old Town Albuquerque.

2009 Tour line up
HISTORY, Legends & Lore Tour of Old Town - a 75 minute historical walking Tour through Old Town Albuquerque. Tours held Friday through Wednesday at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. No History Tours held on Thursdays. Reservations recommended!
GHOST Tour of Old Town - a 90 minute walking tour which shares the ghost stories, histories and paranormal investigations of Old Town’s haunted locations. Tours held nightly at 8pm. Reservations REQUIRED!.
MOONLIGHT Ghost Tour - a 2 hour walking Ghost Tour which includes the history and superstitions surrounding the moon. Tour held monthly at 10pm on the nights of the full moon. Advance pre-pad reservations required! See Tour information for dates.
GHOST HUNTING Tour - a 2 to 3 hour walking Ghost Tour and private Ghost Hunt. YOU become an actual Paranormal Investigator. Tour held monthly at 9pm. Advance pre-paid reservations required! Private Ghost Hunting Tours available for Groups of 4 people or more! See Tour information for dates.
When are the Tours?
Tours are held rain or shine, every day, year-round.
Friday through Wednesday: 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm
Thursday: By advance reservations only for group of 4 or more people
GHOST TOUR held nightly at: 8pm
MOONLIGHT Ghost Tour held at: 10pm (see Tour information for dates)
GHOST HUNTING Tour held at 9pm (see Tour information for dates)
Can I have a private Tour?
Private Group Tours of six people or more may be scheduled year-round for any time of day or night during the months of November through September. (During the month of October, at least 25 people are required for a Private Group Tour.)

How long do the Tours take?
Our Tours take from thirty minutes to three hours, depending on the Tour.
History, Legends & Lore = 75 minutes
Christmas Tours = 75 minutes
Ghost & Moonlight Tours = 90 minutes to 2 hours
Ghost Hunting Tours = 2 to 3 hours
What is the walking distance of the Tour?
Our Tours are a leisurely one mile walk. There are no hills. Our Tours are not continual walking, there are several opportunities to sit along the way.
We tailor our Tours to your pace!

Where does the Tour start?
Tours meet in front of our Ticket Window in the middle of Plaza Don Luis.
Our Ticket Window opens 15 minutes prior to Tour start time.

Where do I park?
There is free & paid parking available in Old Town.
What should I wear?
Tours are held regardless of the elements. Dress for the weather and for the uneven historic walkways. Suitable clothing including comfortable walking shoes is suggested. (Umbrellas are available for use, free of charge, in case of rain or in conjunction with personal misters on hot summer days.)
Do we go inside any of the buildings?
Most of the Tour locations are operating businesses. We reminisce from the outside walkways.
Will I see a ghost?
While it is impossible for anyone to guarantee the appearance of a ghost, things have happened on our Tours! Apparitions have emerged and objects have been moved in front of the Tour group... Please remember that our Tours are taken at your own risk.
By the participation in any of our Tours, the participant as well as any heirs or assignees agree to hold harmless and release, both now and in perpetuity, Tours of Old Town and its agents, employees, contractors and or representatives from any and all liability, injury, accident, death, harm, financial loss or incidental damages or any other circumstance arising from or that may occur during, immediately preceding or following or is in any way related to participation in said activity, whether or not due to omission, negligence, incompetence, failure or any other reason on the part of or by Tours of Old Town. Participant understands that said activity may be physically strenuous, emotionally disturbing and potentially hazardous, and agrees that they are in adequate physical and mental condition to participate as well as adequately outfitted and clothed. Tours are for entertainment purposes only.
Can I take pictures?
Still photography is allowed and encouraged. NO filming, video or audio recording, please.
Are Tours wheelchair accessible?
Tours are wheelchair, electric scooter and stroller accessible. If you require any other forms of special assistance or wish to obtain information in an alternative format, please contact us in writing at least two weeks before the scheduled event.
